Halo is smart, quick to learn, and happy to please. Her demeanor makes her a joy to work with.

By 6 months Halo was already treeing game. By 9 months she was running off coyotes that came into the yard. At 10 months she started her conformation career with a bang with three Best of Breed wins and two Herding Group placements. I’m excited to see where she goes from here.

Halo started competing in treeing and b-bay in the spring of 2014. She has great instinct for hogs and I expect big things from her.

Halo is a medium range dog and will open on track.

Halo earned her Barn Hunt Association Open (RATO) title on June 28, 2015.

Halo earned her UKC Grand Champion title on October 16, 2016

Halo wearing an orange WolfPacks Banzai dog backpack. — This is Halo’s first time in a backpack at six months old–it was stuffed with paper so it wouldn’t stress her growing body. NEVER put a loaded pack on a puppy, but I couldn’t resist letting her try on Ranger’s pack for a picture.

Our Arkansas backpacking trip in September 2014 got cut short when my dogs protected me from a Copperhead snake. Halo took a hit on her muzzle and, after giving me a scare with a few days of swelling, made a full recovery.
